Known for his out-of-the-box training aids, CB credits his quest to communicate with the horse to many great horse trainers.

CB has been instrumental in the selection, development and successes of numerous show hunters and is credited for the many national championships and accolades for famous horses such as Doubletake, Trinty, Vested, Play with Fire, Calvin, Inspired, Corporate Profit, Center Stage and Buccelatti to name a few. He is a four time recipient of the Pacific Coast Horse Shows Association (PCHA) Don Tipton Award, presented to the professional or amateur who wins the most championships and reserve championships in a rated division for the competition year.

CB has trained three recipients of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) Horse of the Year Award and his mounts have earned 15 championships and three reserve championships at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show, the Washington International Horse Show and the National Horse Show.
